The Supply Chain Quality Risk Management Training Course develops the knowledge and practical skills required to identify, assess, control, and monitor quality risks across the supply chain. It focuses on preventing supplier-related failures, material nonconformities, process disruptions, and quality issues that can affect product integrity, operational continuity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The course covers risk identification and assessment across sourcing, supplier qualification, procurement, transportation, warehousing, incoming inspection, production, and distribution. Participants explore risk assessment methodologies, supplier risk classification, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), risk prioritization, quality risk registers, and the development of preventive controls. The programme also addresses supplier performance monitoring, change management, traceability, contingency planning, and corrective action management. Through practical exercises and realistic supply chain scenarios, participants learn to develop risk-based supplier controls, prioritize mitigation measures, evaluate residual risks, and establish monitoring indicators. The course supports more resilient supply chains, improved supplier quality, reduced quality-related costs, and better-informed decisions regarding supplier selection, sourcing strategies, and operational risk management.
