In short
Quest Training's purpose is to build measurable capability in the organisations we serve. Every programme is designed, delivered and evaluated against seven public commitments.
1. Our commitments
- Relevant content. Every course has defined learning outcomes, is reviewed at least once a year, and reflects current international standards and regional practice in the Gulf and Arab region.
- Qualified trainers. Our trainers are selected for proven industry experience and training skill, and are evaluated after every delivery.
- Practical learning. At least 50% of course time is applied work: case studies, exercises, simulations and action plans.
- Client focus. We confirm each client's objectives before delivery and tailor examples to their sector.
- Measured results. Every course is evaluated by delegates; we follow the Kirkpatrick model and offer post-course impact reviews for in-house programmes.
- Continual improvement. Feedback, complaints and audit results are reviewed monthly and turned into corrective actions.
- Integrity and compliance. We meet all legal, contractual and accreditation requirements and protect client confidentiality.
