In short

A booking is confirmed once we receive payment or an official purchase order. Fees cover tuition, materials, venue and certificate. Travel and accommodation are the delegate's responsibility.

1. Who we are

These terms govern every booking made with [Quest Training legal entity name] ("Quest Training", "we", "us"), registered in [country] under number [registration no.], with its registered office at [address]. "Client" means the individual or organisation making the booking. "Delegate" means the person attending.

2. Scope

These terms apply to public courses (classroom), live online courses, and in-house or tailored programmes. Where a signed proposal or contract exists for an in-house programme, that document prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

3. Registration and confirmation

  1. Bookings can be made through the website, by email to info@quest-training.com, or by an official nomination letter from the Client's HR or training department.
  2. Within one working day we issue a registration acknowledgement, a pro-forma invoice and, on request, an invitation letter.
  3. A booking becomes confirmed when we receive one of: full payment; an official purchase order (PO); a signed and stamped invoice or nomination letter from an authorised signatory.
  4. Seats are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. If a course is full we offer the next available date or location.

4. Fees

  1. Fees are quoted per delegate in EUR, exclusive of applicable VAT or withholding taxes, which are added where required by law.
  2. Public course fees include: tuition by a qualified trainer, course materials (printed and digital), venue, daily refreshments and lunch where stated, and a Quest Training certificate of completion with online verification.
  3. Fees exclude travel, visas, accommodation, airport transfers and personal expenses unless expressly stated in the course listing or proposal.
  4. Group, repeat-client and annual-agreement rates are available on request and apply only when confirmed in writing.

5. Payment

  1. Payment is due in full no later than 10 calendar days before the course start date, or within the credit terms stated on the invoice for approved corporate and government clients.
  2. Accepted methods: bank transfer, and credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway.
  3. Bank charges and currency conversion costs are borne by the Client; the amount received must equal the invoiced amount.
  4. We may decline admission to a delegate whose fees remain unpaid at the start date and for whom no valid PO has been received.

6. Changes by Quest Training

We may change the trainer, venue within the same city, or session timings where necessary, while maintaining the course content and quality. We will notify confirmed delegates as early as possible. Our rights to cancel or postpone a course are set out in the Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy.

7. Delegate conduct and attendance

  1. Delegates are expected to attend punctually and act respectfully towards trainers and other participants.
  2. A certificate of completion is issued to delegates who attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions.
  3. We may remove a delegate whose conduct disrupts the course, without refund.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials remain the property of Quest Training or its licensors. They are provided for the delegate's personal professional use and may not be copied, distributed, recorded or used to deliver training without our written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We treat information shared by the Client or delegates during a course or needs analysis as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. Delegates agree not to disclose confidential information shared by other participants.

10. Limitation of liability

  1. Our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.
  2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel, accommodation or loss of business, arising from a cancellation or change.
  3. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Force majeure
