This advanced practical course develops the ability to use Minitab for analysing quality and process data, converting raw data into reliable insights that support quality improvement and operational decision-making. The programme focuses on practical statistical analysis rather than software functions in isolation. Participants will work with real-world quality data to prepare datasets, select appropriate statistical methods, visualize process behaviour, evaluate variation, and interpret analytical results. The course emphasizes choosing the right analysis for the problem and translating Minitab outputs into meaningful quality decisions. The programme covers descriptive analysis, graphical methods, statistical tests, process capability, control charts, correlation and regression, and practical quality improvement applications. Participants will also learn how to validate findings and avoid common analytical errors that can lead to incorrect conclusions. Minitab is positioned as a practical analytical tool supporting Statistical Process Control, process capability analysis, root cause investigation, Design of Experiments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
