Quality analytics enables organizations to transform inspection, production, and operational data into actionable insights that support informed decisions, reduce defects, and improve process consistency. Python provides a flexible environment for analyzing quality data, identifying variation, automating calculations, and developing repeatable analytical workflows that strengthen quality management and continuous improvement. This course focuses on practical applications of Python in quality analytics, covering data preparation, exploratory data analysis, descriptive statistics, visualization, statistical testing, process capability analysis, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Participants will work with specialized Python libraries, including pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and SciPy, to organize datasets, calculate quality indicators, evaluate process performance, and identify patterns that may signal emerging quality problems. Through hands-on exercises and realistic quality datasets, participants will develop the skills to automate routine calculations, analyze defect trends, evaluate process variation, and communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports. The course emphasizes practical techniques that can be integrated into quality assurance, manufacturing, inspection, supplier quality, and continuous improvement activities.
