It focuses on the operational processes, service standards, coordination requirements, and customer-facing activities that support a safe, efficient, and seamless passenger journey. The program examines passenger handling from check-in and travel document verification through boarding, baggage services, special assistance, transfer and transit handling, arrival services, and disruption management. Participants will develop practical capabilities to coordinate passenger-facing operations while maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. Particular attention is given to coordination between airport operators, airlines, ground handling providers, security, immigration, baggage services, and other stakeholders. The course also addresses irregular operations, passenger complaints, missed connections, delays, denied boarding situations, and other operational challenges requiring rapid and professional responses.
