  • Assessing operational maturity, organizational capabilities, and process performance.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks, waste, duplication, and sources of inefficiency.
  • Mapping the value chain and evaluating cross-functional process dependencies.
  • Establishing a baseline for productivity, quality, cost, service, and delivery performance.
  • Identifying strategic gaps and defining the desired future state.
  • Practical Exercise: Conduct an initial operational maturity assessment for a representative organization, identify major performance gaps, and define priority areas for improvement.
Day 2

Process Improvement, Performance Measurement, and Initiative Prioritization
