Course Overview

The Mastering the ADKAR Model for Change Management Training Course provides a practical approach to managing organizational change through the five elements of the ADKAR model: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement. It focuses on understanding how individuals experience change and how organizations can support employees in adopting new processes, systems, structures, and ways of working. Participants will explore how to assess organizational readiness, identify resistance, understand stakeholder concerns, and develop targeted interventions that address the human aspects of change. The course examines how each ADKAR element contributes to successful adoption and how gaps at individual or team levels can affect the overall change initiative. The programme also covers change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, leadership alignment, capability development, and reinforcement mechanisms. Participants will learn how to translate the ADKAR framework into practical implementation plans, monitor adoption progress, and address barriers before they undermine organizational transformation. Through practical exercises, case studies, and change scenarios, participants will develop the skills to apply the ADKAR model to real organizational initiatives, improve employee engagement, strengthen change adoption, and sustain improvements over time.
