This course develops the practical knowledge and skills required to establish, implement, maintain, and improve an Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) in accordance with ISO 21001. It focuses on strengthening educational service quality, improving learner satisfaction, and aligning institutional processes with the needs of learners, educators, staff, and other relevant stakeholders.
Participants explore the standard's management system requirements, including organizational context, leadership, educational objectives, resource management, competence development, operational planning, performance evaluation, and continual improvement. The programme also examines learner-centered approaches, accessibility, educational service delivery, assessment processes, feedback mechanisms, and the management of risks and opportunities in educational environments.
Through practical exercises and institutional case studies, participants learn how to assess compliance gaps, develop documented procedures, establish performance indicators, and prepare for internal audits and external certification assessments. Emphasis is placed on learner-focused service delivery, evidence-based decision-making, accountability, and sustainable improvement across educational operations.
