Course Overview

  • Defining board responsibilities and distinguishing oversight from executive management.

Risk Management, Internal Controls, Compliance, and Integrity

  • Enterprise risk management and the responsibilities of boards and executive management.

  • Anti-fraud measures, anti-bribery controls, whistleblowing, and ethical governance.

Transparency, Governance Evaluation, and Institutional Improvement
