Course Overview

The Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Exam Preparation Training Course provides risk, treasury, and finance professionals with a structured, intensive review of the concepts, quantitative tools, and exam techniques needed to prepare with confidence for the FRM certification offered by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). The credential is widely recognized in banks, insurance and investment firms, central banks, regulators, sovereign and public investment funds, and corporate treasury functions as evidence of rigorous knowledge of financial risk measurement and management. The course reviews the topic areas of both exam parts. Part I covers the foundations of risk management, quantitative analysis, financial markets and products, and valuation and risk models. Part II covers market risk, credit risk, operational risk and resilience, liquidity and treasury risk, risk management in investment management, and current issues in financial markets. Participants practice key calculations and exam-style questions, learn time management strategies, and build a study plan that complements self-study using GARP's official materials. The course is delivered through concise concept reviews, worked examples, practice questions, and timed practice tests. Participants leave with a topic-by-topic study guide, a formula reference sheet, a practice question bank, a personal study plan, and a performance analysis highlighting priority areas for further study. Exam content, format, eligibility, and registration requirements are set by GARP and should be confirmed on its official website. FRM and GARP are trademarks of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
