Course Overview

This course equips participants with practical methods to build a continuous improvement culture that encourages employees at all levels to identify problems, propose solutions, and contribute to better organizational performance. It focuses on embedding improvement into daily work rather than treating it as an occasional initiative, helping organizations strengthen efficiency, service quality, employee engagement, and operational consistency. Participants explore how to design and manage employee suggestion systems, establish clear submission and evaluation procedures, prioritize improvement opportunities, and convert ideas into measurable results.
