Course Overview

The CCNA Exam Preparation Training Course equips network engineers, technicians, and IT professionals with a structured, hands-on review of networking fundamentals and the exam practice needed to prepare with confidence for the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification offered by Cisco. The CCNA is one of the most widely recognized entry-level to associate networking certifications and is frequently expected for network support, administration, and junior engineering roles in government entities, ministries, banks, energy and utility companies, telecommunications providers, and corporations. The certification validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot modern networks, covering network fundamentals, IP connectivity, security, automation, and more. The course reviews the CCNA examination topics in an integrated, practical way, combining concept review with configuration and troubleshooting practice on routers and switches using labs or simulators. Participants review network fundamentals, including the OSI and TCP/IP models, network components, cabling, interfaces, and IPv4 and IPv6 addressing and subnetting. The program then covers network access, including switching concepts, VLANs, trunking, inter-switch connectivity, EtherChannel, and wireless LAN fundamentals, IP connectivity, including routing concepts, static routing, dynamic routing with OSPF, and first-hop redundancy, and IP services, including DHCP, DNS, NAT, NTP, and quality of service concepts. Participants also review security fundamentals, including access control, device hardening, Layer 2 security, access control lists, and VPN and wireless security concepts, and automation and programmability, including automation concepts, controller-based networking, and an introduction to APIs and data formats, alongside structured troubleshooting methodology, exam techniques, and timed practice tests. The course is delivered through concise concept reviews, guided configuration labs, troubleshooting exercises, subnetting drills, and timed practice questions and tests. Participants leave with a CCNA topic study guide, a subnetting and command reference, a configuration lab workbook, a bank of practice questions, a personal study plan, and a practice test performance analysis. The CCNA review spans a broad syllabus in five days and is designed to structure and accelerate preparation alongside self-study and lab practice. Exam objectives, content, and format are set by Cisco and should be confirmed through its official sources. CCNA and Cisco are trademarks of Cisco.
