It is particularly relevant to professionals involved in technology strategy, process improvement, digital service development, financial innovation, and enterprise system modernization. The programme is also suitable for managers and specialists working in government entities, ministries, banks, financial institutions, oil and gas companies, industrial organizations, logistics providers, and large corporations. Participants do not need advanced blockchain development experience, although familiarity with business processes, information systems, or financial services will help them evaluate the technology's practical applications.

Learning Outcomes

  • Describe the main components and operating principles of blockchain networks.
  • Explain how distributed ledgers record, validate, and maintain transaction histories.
  • Compare different blockchain network models and consensus mechanisms.
  • Identify business processes that may benefit from shared, tamper-evident records.
  • Explain the structure, capabilities, and limitations of smart contracts.
  • Assess blockchain use cases in payments, trade finance, supply chains, identity management, and document verification.
  • Evaluate integration requirements between blockchain platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Identify key security, privacy, governance, and regulatory challenges.
  • Assess blockchain projects using feasibility, cost, risk, and business value criteria.
