  • Breakdown losses, setup and adjustment losses, minor stoppages, reduced speed losses, process defects, and start-up losses.
  • Data requirements for OEE measurement and the role of CMMS, operational records, production data, and equipment history.
  • Trend analysis and Pareto analysis for identifying equipment performance priorities.

Autonomous Maintenance and Basic Equipment Conditions
